Do you take the waste or throw it in my trash?

We remove all waste from your property and safely dispose of it.

Do I need to be home when my yard is serviced or litter box is cleaned?

No, you do not need to be at home. We will send you a text shortly before arriving. For pooper scopper service, we ask that all gates be unlocked and we will make sure all gates are closed before we leave.

For cat litter service, we ask that you leave your litter box outside. We will clean the litter box and return it where you left it.

Do my dogs have to be put up when PetWorks arrives to provide service?

As long as your dog is friendly and allows us to do our job unimpeded, we are happy to clean with them outside. If your dog isn't as friendly or won't allow us to clean, we would prefer that you keep them inside until our services are complete.
